How onboarding works.
A risk-based review that protects buyers, vendors, and our payment partners. Most of it is paperwork you already have.
- 01
Apply
Tell us about your business, products, websites, and the markets you sell to. Approval is not automatic, and applying does not guarantee acceptance.
- 02
Verify your business
We confirm your company registration and the directors and representatives who run it, and collect identity and proof-of-address documents.
- 03
Beneficial ownership
We identify the people who ultimately own or control the business, as required for KYB and anti-money-laundering checks.
- 04
Website and product review
We review your sites, product descriptions, pricing, subscription and refund terms, and customer disclosures, and check them against the Acceptable Use Policy.
- 05
Risk and compliance screening
Sanctions, PEP, and adverse-media screening, a fraud and payment-risk assessment, and a risk rating that may trigger enhanced due diligence.
- 06
Approval and go-live
Approved, conditionally approved, or declined. Approved vendors are activated, settled to their account, and reviewed over time as risk changes.
What you will need.
Have these ready and onboarding moves faster. We may ask for more depending on your products, markets, and risk profile.

Nordgate is built for lawful, transparent, low-risk digital businesses: software, SaaS, digital tools, developer tools, online platforms, digital content, and online services. Some categories are restricted or need prior written approval, and some are prohibited outright. The Acceptable Use Policy spells out exactly which is which.
